Fixed Rental Yields of 8% - 12%

Let's start your property journey

There are tens of thousands of people in Australia with a disability who are eagerly awaiting suitable accommodation.

NDIS funding for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) gives disabled Australians who qualify for SDA funding choice & control over where and with whom they live.

The NDIS approach to SDA funding has been to make investing in accommodation designed for people with disability (NDIS participants) both commercially viable and attractive for investors who want a long term, steady income while receiving market-beating yields with an ethical social impact Investment.

What is NDIS ?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a program of The Australian Government that provides support to people with disabilities. People with disabilities will no longer be limited to the choices of support and services they are given, but rather can exercise greater flexibility and choice around what suits their individual needs.

The NDIS supports the lives of those affected by disability in many ways, but one of the most meaningful is by providing Specialist Disability Accommodation by funding.

How SDA property is different to
the traditional residential

The government has committed to funding SDA homes for 20 years, so SDA funded NDIS participants will have a home in appropriate housing. This means that SDA payments are backed by the Australian Government for 20 years, with the possibility of extending beyond that timeframe.

Earn Fixed Rental Yields of 8% - 12%

You can earn up to 8% - 12% per annum net yields, compared to the average of 4% p.a. in the traditional residential sector.

$700 Million of Fund

The Australian Federal Government has allocated $700 million annually for the next 20 years to fund SDA

Long Tenancies

The risk of vacancy is reduced even further because people with disabilities are long-term tenants. Once they find the right home that suits their needs and improves their quality of life, they are unlikely to want to move.

Low Risk of Vacancy

The drastic shortage of SDA housing means you are less likely to have to worry about your house remaining vacant. The chance of not having a tenant move in after someone moves out is low.
